Phil Jones is the 2010 President of the Board of Directors of Pacific West Association of REALTORS® (PWR).
He is a managing partner for Coldwell Banker Coastal Alliance who got into Real Estate at the urging of his father. Originally from the Sacramento area, Phil has been a REALTOR® since 1968. In that time, he has served in local, state and national leadership positions. His firm in Long Beach consistently ranks as one of Coldwell Banker’s top firms internationally. Phil is a member of National Association of REALTORS®' President’s Circle.

Nancy Gilmore is the CEO of the Pacific West Association of REALTORS®.
Nancy has been the CEO of PWR since its establishment in 1997, through the merger of several Southern California REALTOR® associations. Nancy previously served as Association Executive for the Long Beach and Whittier Associations of REALTORS® and is one of the most respected and recognized AE’s in the state and the nation. During Nancy’s tenure, PWR has grown to become the largest local real estate association in California and one of the largest and most respected in the United States.
